OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end order management process — from order confirmation to final delivery
- Coordinate daily with our 3PL provider to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Liaise with last-mile partners, tracking and resolving delivery issues as needed
- Collaborate with our Malaysia-based support team, ensuring smooth operational execution and documentation
- Improve internal workflows to make fulfillment more efficient and scalable
- Manage monthly billing and reconciliation with our logistics and delivery partners
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and fast problem resolution
- Maintain accurate inventory and fulfillment records, highlighting risks or bottlenecks proactively
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and drive initiatives without constant supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills — you’ll be the bridge between internal teams and external partners

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a remote customer service team (currently 3 team members based in the Philippines)
- Handle complex or escalated customer cases, including high-value orders, unhappy customers, or tricky situations that need a personal touch
- Own the returns and refunds process, including cases raised via Shopee, Lazada, or other marketplaces
- Monitor and maintain excellent customer ratings across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Google Reviews, and more
- Maintain and improve our internal SOPs, ensuring prompt, consistent, and empathetic responses across all channels
- Support the retail experience by coordinating with part-time retail staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations
- Collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to share feedback, improve processes, and preempt issues
- Track KPIs and customer feedback, using data to identify trends and opportunities to improve service quality
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of customer service or customer experience experience, ideally with team leadership responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills — you’re calm under pressure and good with tough conversations
- Experience handling returns, refunds, or platform-based escalations (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms and a track record of maintaining strong customer ratings and reviews
- Organized and responsive — you keep conversations moving and don’t let tasks fall through the cracks
- A team player who brings positivity, accountability, and care to every customer interaction

Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations, including order management, logistics coordination, and customer service escalation handling
- Step in during team absences to ensure continuity across order fulfillment, customer support, and retail operations

- Drive new B2B sales across corporate, education, government, and reseller channels
- Identify and close bulk orders, working with businesses, institutions, and co-working operators across Singapore
- Tap into your network to open new doors and land high-value accounts
- Respond to tenders and procurement calls, preparing compelling proposals and navigating public-sector purchasing systems
