For a sub $200 office chair, the value, design and materials are outstanding. First, the seat depth is just right - the seat doesn't pinch the back of your leg. Then the back/lumbar support is really good for a one-size fits all design. The flip up arms are a great design choice for both storage and ergonomics. Only minus is that I feel that the cushion should be slightly firmer - only time will tell how durable it is. I got the one in grey which works really well with my decor. I am really happy! Best work oriented chair purchase ever.
The products are good quality. I just hope you have a tracker next time so we know when the delivery would be here.
Product packaging may need improvement. Delivery services perhaps can be improved as well such as using DHL services and not local J&T as during the delivery process may not be sufficient for product to be delivered in good condition. Chair is good with the price but maybe can consider for better material.
It was stated that there is a free roller that comes with the purchase but as I check out and make the payment. I didn't see the free gift in the order email and it wasn't provided. But overall I'm satisfied with the table

Desk is sleek and the operation is silent, no issues so far with the table! Solid and reliable. Although dissapointed that the newer colour options (oak etc) came out right after I bought the black table.

Although there were some hiccups with the delivery due to the limited stocks of the free gift, but it was resolved swiftly by the customer service and delivery was done within a week from then.
